From I-75: take exit 217 west until you reach 33rd street east.  Turn left.  Drive 1/2 mile until you see commercial park on right.  Turn right into park (59th drive east), gym is the first building on the right.
From Northwest bradenton: Take 75th st until you reach SR 70.  Travel east on SR 70 until you reach 33rd st east (McDonald's on your left).  Turn right onto 33rd st. east.  Drive 1/2 mile until you see commercial park on right.  Turn right into park (59th drive east), gym is the first building on the right.
From Sarasota: Take 301N until 63rd ave east (saunders rd).  Turn right.  Turn left at the first stop sign (33rd st e).  Drive 1/2 mile until you see a commercial park on the left.  Turn left into park(59th drive east), gym is the first building on the right.
