Our competitive team consists of compulsory and optional gymnasts for men and women. 
Over the past 8 years our team has grown larger and more successful.  We have had the pleasure of coaching several USAG & AAU state event and all around champions.  We have had some of our team members travel to regional and national competitions for USAG. 

TEAM INFORMATION:

Team is by invitation or tryout only. 
If you are new to the area and are looking for a gym, please contact our coaching staff here to schedule a tryout. 
Team practice times and fees vary based on level.

Level 4       -    9 hours a week

Level 5&6   -  13 hours a week

Level 7+     -   16 hours a week
