Competive Teams

We offer a competitive gymnastics team program for both girls and boys ages 4 to 18. Over the past 10 years our team program has grown larger and more successful each year. Out teams travel the state and country to compete in USAG competitions. South Florida Gymnastics has had many state, regional and national champions in the USAG program. Below are a few of our accomplishments!

Joining the team is by invitation or tryout only. If you are new to the area and are looking for a gym, please contact our coaching staff here to schedule a tryout. Team practice times and fees vary based on level. Days and times of practices are subject to change. If you have any team related questions please call and ask to speak with Coach Lisa or Coach Chris.
