  • Annual Registration/ Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • Last month deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may use last month deposit after a formal written notice of withdrawal is given by the 15th of the month prior to withdrawal.
  • Review our annual attendance calendar (as it is different from a regular calendar). Our calendar defines twelve (12) months in the year with four (4) weeks in every month. Closures occur during various times a year. We will honor a make-up class if we are unable to fit four (4) classes in a month for your class. No refunds or discounts are given any month.
  • South Florida Gymnastics reserves the right to change prices, days, and times of classes at any time.
  • South Florida Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel a student's and/or family memberships at any time with no refunds.

Annual Registration Fees

  • A $40.00 Annual Registration for each participant is required at the time of registration in order to participate in monthly classes.
  • This fee is good for a twelve (12) month period starting the month you register.
  • Annual Registration is charged on your anniversary month every year you stay enrolled in the program.
  • After your first year, each consecutive year you are a member of our program, your Annual Registration is only $30.00 for your 1st child and $20.00 for each additional sibling.


  • Payments are due on or before the 1st of each month for that month’s tuition.
  • Payments received after the 1st of the month are subject to a $10.00 late fee per family.
  • No credit or refunds will be given for classes unattended.
  • First and last month’s tuition plus the annual registration fee is due at the time of registration.
  • If you choose to NOT put a card on file with us, there will be an additional $8.00/ mth manual payment fee.
  • Returned checks are assessed a $25.00 late fee.
  • Last month deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Withdrawal from Program

  • Children enrolled in classes will automatically be enrolled month to month until South Florida Gymnastics receives a notice of withdrawal in WRITING.
  • To withdraw from the program, we must receive WRITTEN NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL by the 15th of the month prior to the month you wish to withdrawal. (Example: May is the last month you wish to attend last. We need to receive written notice of withdrawal by April 15th).
  • Once written notice of withdrawal is received and confirmed, South Florida Gymnastics will apply the last month’s deposit to the following month’s tuition.

Make-up Policy

  • South Florida Gymnastics will honor 2 make-up classes per month.
  • Make-up classes must be scheduled through the front desk the week of missed class or up to 4 weeks in advance.
  • Make-up classes will be during a regular class time and are subject to availability.
  • No make-ups will be accepted the time of class. You must pre-register for make-up times.


  • South Florida Gymnastics will give $20.00 off the monthly tuition and annual registration for each child enrolled after the 1st child. (2nd child discount).
  • South Florida Gymnastics will give families with more than 3 children enrolled, the last child for free.

Class Expectations/ What to Wear

  • South Florida Gymnastics asks families to be on time. It is important for each child to receive a proper warm-up to avoid injury.
  • Children waiting in lobby before or after classes must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Parents’ please refrain from coaching or distracting from the sidelines. Gymnasts (even the younger ages) need to stay focused on the skills they are working on without distractions for their safety. When parents “help” from the sidelines it also distracts the class and coaches ability to run a proper class.
  • Valuable items should not be brought into the gym. South Florida Gymnastics and its employees and/or owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Long hair must be pulled out of the face of the participant for safety reasons.
  • No dangly jewelry (including bracelets, necklaces, and ear rings) will be allowed on the floor.
  • A gymnastics uniform or a pair of athletic bottoms (no button, zippers, or ties) with a shirt that can be tucked in is required for participation. If looking to purchase a gymnastics uniform, we have a stocked retail area with leotards for purchase. Men's uniforms are ordered 1x month.
  •  All mid-drifts must be covered.
