Statement of Rules & Policies

1. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Review our annual attendance calendar (it is slightly different to a normal monthly calendar). Our calendar defines (12) twelve months in the year with (4) four weeks in every month. Closures occur during various times a year and make-ups will be given if any particular month does not have the (4) weeks that tuition is based off of.
3. Members will receive a skills chart as well as discounts on special events and camps.
4. South Florida Gymnastics reserves the right to change prices, days and times of classes at anytime.
5. South Florida Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel a student’s and/or family memberships at anytime.

1. A $40.00/year registration fee for each participant is requires at the time of registration.
2. This fee is good for 12 months from the time of registration and is required for participation in all monthly classes.
3. Annual registration is charged each year after initial registration in the same month of joining our program.

1. Payments are due on or before the 1st of each month for that month’s tuition.
2. Payments received after the 1st of the month are subject to a $10.00 late fee per family.
3. South Florida Gymnastics does not give credit or refunds for classes not attended.
4. First and last month’s tuition plus the annual registration is due at the time of registration.
5. Returned checks are assessed a $25.00 fee.

1. Children enrolled in classes will automatically be enrolled month to month.
2. To withdrawal from the program, we must receive WRITTEN NOTICE 30 days prior to withdrawal. Once written notice is received, you last month’s deposit will be applied for the following month’s tuition.

1. Make-up classes are held on Saturday afternoons from noon to 1:00 PM.
2. Make-up class must be scheduled the week of the missed class up to 4 weeks in advanced.
3. Sign-up will be at the front desk. Must sign-up prior to joining class due to limited space each week.
4. Every student is allowed 2 make-up classes per month.

$20.00 off tuition & membership for the 2nd child enrolled in gymnastics, tumbling or preschool classes.

1. Please try to be on time to class. It is very important for each child to receive a proper warm-up to avoid injury.
2. Students must wear proper gymnastics attire. Girls in a leotard or shorts and a t-shirt tucked in. Boys wear shorts and T-shirt tucked in.
3. No jewelry, belts, buckles, zippers, footed tights, socks or jeans will be permitted in class for safety reasons.
4. Long hair must be neatly tied back before class begins for safety reasons.
5. Children in the waiting area must be supervised at all times.
6. Please refrain from coaching or distracting from the sidelines. Gymnasts (even at the younger ages) need to stay focused on the skills they are doing without distractions for their safety. Their safety must be directed to the coach only.
7. Valuable items should not be brought to the gym. South Florida Gymnastics and its employees are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
