BOOTCAMP: Our goal is that you will leave this class sweaty and confident. Your cardiovascular and muscular fitness will be challenged in this class which incorporates calisthenics, free weights, plyometrics, and an assortment of equipment for a variety of exercises in each session. This full body fitness class is a great way to pump up your normal workout routine.


YOGA SCULPT: Sculpt classes are the perfect blend of yoga and intensive training. A dynamic yoga warm-up will get your heart-rate up and muscles warm. Sculpt classes will offer cross training workout that uses dumbbells, bands and body weight exercises to challenge muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular thresholds. Then cool down with some juicy yoga stretches to leave you in a puddle on the mat. Sculpt is the best of both worlds —a total body workout plus a killer yoga vibe. Expect a fun playlist and loud, high energy music throughout.


YOGA FLOW: During this powerful vinyasa flow class, you will breathe, focus, move, stretch and balance. Core Yoga is a heat building practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core. ... Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply.


DEEP STRETCH: Calling all runners, spinners, constant- sitters, and never-quitters. Whether you're training for a half-marathon, pushing weights, or stuck behind a desk all day, the stretch classes are for you. These classes emphasize floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Students who take this class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.


FIT & FLIP: Get fit, build skills, have fun and learn how to move in new ways! In our Fit & Flip classes you have the chance to train on our tumble trampoline, dive into our foam- filled safety pit, tumble on our spring floor and more! These classes are designed to get you comfortable moving your body in all sorts of new and exciting ways with the effective use of our training mats. This class will begin with a structured warm up and stretch followed by a series of skills designed to adapt to any ability level.
